As a Digital Media Specialist III, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, strategizing, and executing campaigns across various platforms like Google, Microsoft, Facebook and more. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale projects for our client partners, showcasing a deep commitment to client success. About You: A successful candidate for this role possesses excellent communication and analytical skills, a background in digital marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Own and maintain a book of business, providing monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations. Manage digital advertising on auction-based platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Facebook Ads. Campaign Optimization: Create and analyze product performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Develop and expand keyword lists, ad copy, and landing pages. Budget Management: Track and manage budget spending while ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI). Innovation and Strategy: Explore, recommend, and implement innovative media solutions and tests. Present and discuss digital strategies, working directly with clients to ensure success. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends to proactively adapt strategies. Relationship Building: Assist in maintaining and building strong client relationships. Required Skills: Customer-Centric: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledgeable in digital media, including social media, SEM, and analytics. Experience in Google Ads, Microsoft AdCenter, and Facebook Ads, with expertise in strategy development and implementation. Analysis and Presentation: Proven ability to analyze omnichannel media campaigns, extract insights, and make optimization recommendations. Confidently present media recommendations to clients. Organizational Skills: Must be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to remain composed under pressure and balance demands in a fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with internal sales teams, external clients, and all levels of internal management and co-workers. Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with a keen interest in new technologies. Expertise in all Google applications or related Microsoft applications. Experience and Education: Experience: 3+ years in media buying and/or media agency work. Experience collaborating with Sales Organizations preferred. Client presentation experience. Automotive knowledge is a plus.
