About This Role: This position will be responsible for managing digital software and hardware projects within Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) business segment and ensuring that the solutions meet stakeholder requirements and proposed completion. The position will lead multi-functional digital efforts, including allocation of resources and development/monitoring of project schedules. Job Description: Work with product management team to organize key product specifications that meet or surpass stakeholder requirements Lead development teams in requirements definition, design, development and implementation. Manage cross functional teams using agile, passport or phase gate processes Prepare and monitor project and resource plans. Drive project success (on budget, on time) interfacing with all functions. Communicate project objectives, status, and resource requirements to stakeholders and project teams Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 7+ years of experience in project or program management Preferred Qualifications: Strong program leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). Familiarity with project management processes (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Kanban, etc.) PMP certification is a plus. Strong team management skills Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international Can navigate competing priorities, sometimes conflicting priorities Willingness to travel as needed to oversee programs, projects and meet with stakeholders. This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is $120,000–$168,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
