In this role you will be responsible for managing, planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities • Establish, own, and maintain an overall program management framework in line with strategic objectives outlining governance, ex: visibility into progress, highlights/lowlights, and risks/mitigations • Leverage data and tools (JIRA/confluence) to promote the use of metrics to report on & improve program effectiveness • Employ and Enable (Education and Enforcement) modern digital tools to capture program elements around scope, timeline, milestones, marketing content, costs, and tracking the success & status of the business case • Coordinate across a broad range of stakeholders from finance, and procurement (for contracts and upcoming renewals) to ensuring correct allocation of funds with finance. As well as HR to ensure processes are in place for onboarding new suppliers and contracts for the digital organization to succeed • Create presentations to facilitate executive leadership meetings across businesses • Establish a cadence of staff meeting rigor, town halls, and QBRs for cross team collaboration working with the counterparts in the executive offices to ensure there is calendarization, coordinating across geographies and ensuring meetings • Assist the Digital Executive Leadership with establishing goals as well as tracking with the business leaders across the BU for tracking success • Ensure people engagement and moral is tracked through various mechanisms (communications/change management/education/incubation) Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of experience with leadership and direction of co-located, remote, and near-shore/offshore teams • 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project governance role • 3+ years of experience managing budgets and operational excellence • 3+ years of building new process and/or communication mechanisms Preferred Qualifications Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include: • Project management certification (PMI), SRUM and Agile • Experience with modern project management tooling & software (JIRA & Confluence) • Proficient with Lean, Agile, iterative development • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced environment where not all processes and procedures are clearly defined. • Ability to think outside the box to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and develop and drive appropriate solutions RSRCAR #LI-Remote
