About the position We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of the BluEdge maintenance and service contract programs, from initial quote through end-of-coverage. Working closely with our team and dealer channel partners, you will manage quote modeling, documentation, training, and customer support. In this role, you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement and expanding our customer pipeline. Role Responsibilities Design and enhance maintenance and service contract offerings to meet customer needs and drive growth. Lead contract administration, including setup, negotiation, and successful implementation. Conduct regular contract reviews with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction. Optimize and maintain quote models and pricing tools for accuracy and efficiency. Analyze and report key program metrics, costs, and trends to leadership for strategic decision-making. Collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives, creating impactful support tools and delivering training through online modules and live presentations. Identify challenges and implement solutions, driving continuous improvement across processes and customer experience. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service, or Associate Degree with 5 years experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service. Preferred Qualifications (nice to have) Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include: Experience with Salesforce (asset). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Ability to quickly learn and multitask. Enthusiasm toward and ability to solve problems. Strong presentation skills. Great attention to details. Experience in transport refrigeration & fleet maintenance (asset).
