Personal & Executive Assistant (Part-Time) - Upper East Side Recruiting Agency Location: East 70s, Manhattan (Upper East Side) Schedule: 2-3 days per week | Temp-to-Perm A boutique recruiting agency based on the Upper East Side is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal and Executive Assistant to support the agency owner. This role is part-time to start (2-3 days per week) with the goal of becoming a permanent position. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats-supporting both business operations and light personal tasks.Responsibilities Include: • Assisting with candidate outreach and scheduling virtual interviews • Managing email communications on behalf of the agency owner • Returning phone calls and handling follow-ups professionally • Light organization of the owner's apartment and home office • Running occasional personal errands nearby Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable with basic technology (email, scheduling tools, Zoom, etc.) • Discreet, trustworthy, and organized • Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant preferred, but not required This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced recruiter and gain behind-the-scenes exposure to the recruiting industry.
