This role supervisesassociatesin the park daily,assistswith training, scheduling,evaluating,disciplining,and supporting teamson location.Asan Entertainmentleader, you will work to ensure departmentalgoals andobjectivesare communicatedand implementedby personnelunder your supervision. Positions vary on parkwide Entertainmentoperationsand programmingranging from working with the CharacterProgram,SpecialEvent/Festival programming,Technical/Productionteam, Costumes/Cosmetologyteam, or even inaStage ManagementcapacitywiththeShows team.Asaleader,your ability tolead ateam,communicationskills, positive attitude,and attention todetailassistus in delivering an excellentguestentertainmentexperiencedaily.
