Carousel Checks is looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll help grow our online presence, engage customers, and support our marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, email campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and online reviews. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers discover and interact with Carousel Checks across multiple channels — including email, affiliates, reviews, and social media. Applicants must live in Palos Hills, IL, or the surrounding local areas. Responsibilities: • Content Creation & Strategy • Write and edit content for our website, social media, and email campaigns. • Help develop and implement content strategies for all Carousel Checks brands. • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and connects with our target audience. • Email & Social Media Marketing • Create engaging email marketing campaigns to keep customers informed and drive sales. • Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.). • Post regular updates and respond to community engagement. • Affiliate Marketing • Help manage and grow our affiliate program. • Track affiliate performance and ensure partners are supported and incentivized. • Online Reviews & Reputation • Coordinate review request campaigns and monitor platforms like Google and Trustpilot. • Respond to reviews and support overall reputation management. • Website Updates & Optimization • Keep website content up-to-date, including product info and seasonal promotions. • Work with the team to improve navigation and the online shopping experience. • Analytics & Reporting • Track how well our marketing efforts are doing using tools like Google Analytics. • Create simple reports that show what’s working and where we can improve. • Use data to suggest new ideas and improvements for future campaigns. • Team Collaboration • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, IT) to execute marketing initiatives. • Support new product launches, promotions, and cross-functional projects. • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., PPC agencies) to ensure consistency. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media. • A basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms. • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar. • Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail. • A team player who’s excited to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
