We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Representative to aid in the growth of our Charlotte office. This role is pivotal in driving sales through effective marketing campaigns, territory analysis, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences, so extroverts are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities: • Meet with consumers to maximize profitability on behalf of our client • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals • Manage a team of peers, providing guidance and support to optimize performance • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and drive revenue • Foster strong relationships with existing, as well as potential customers Requirements: • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building • Strong skills in negotiation, closing deals, and adapting to new environments • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Join our team as we strive for excellence in sales and marketing!
