We’re hiring a Bilingual Global Sourcing Assistant for our Baytown, TX. client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: • Job Title: Bilingual Global Sourcing Assistant • Location: Baytown, TX • Pay: $21-$24/hr. • Hours: 8am-5pm M-F • Duration: temp-to-hire • Description of Duties: Maintain communications between vendors and VP of Sourcing; Follow-up regarding shipping schedules, quality issues, etc., and maintain detailed notes on each vendor; Review and manage emails; Run weekly reports; Assist in developing SOP’s; Schedule meetings, email and calendar management for VP of Sourcing. • Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal); Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote); Must be very organized with high level of attention to detail WHO WE ARE: Carlton Staffing is a local staffing firm in Texas with over 44 years of experience!
