Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional care and support to seniors, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Support a team of caregivers, offering guidance, training, and assistance. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members with clients’ personalized care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior care or related field. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
