Caring Senior Service is seeking experienced, dependable Lead Caregivers in Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, West Bend, and surrounding areas. As a Lead Caregiver, you will deliver high-quality in-home care while serving as a mentor, problem-solver, and trusted support for both clients and the caregiving team. What You'll Do as a Lead Caregiver In addition to delivering excellent hands-on care, Lead Caregivers help set the tone for quality and teamwork across the care team. Hands-On Care Responsibilities: • Companionship • Meal preparation • Personal care • Light housekeeping • Transfers • Transportation Leadership & Team Support: • Mentor and support new caregivers • Model best practices during client visits • Step in to fill open shifts when needed • Communicate client updates or concerns promptly • Ensure care plans are followed consistently • Promote teamwork, reliability, and positive client experiences • Serve as a dependable resource during challenging or last-minute situations What You Need • Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (CNA preferred but not required) • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and support team members • Flexibility in scheduling and a willingness to assist with open shifts • Dependability, compassion, and excellent communication skills • Ability to pass a background check • Reliable transportation Lead with Purpose.
