Caring Senior Service of Oakland County South | Home Care Business Development & Outreach Specialist Farmington Hills, MI | Full-Time | Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000 + Commission Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors At Caring Senior Service of Oakland County South, we believe every senior deserves to age safely and comfortably at home. As our Home Care Business Development & Outreach Specialist, you'll be the face of our organizationbuilding strategic partnerships, generating referrals, and expanding our presence across the community. If you love networking, sales, public engagement, and helping families access quality care, this role is for you. What You'll Do:Lead Local Outreach & Drive Referrals • Develop and execute outreach and business development strategies to generate qualified client referrals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, rehab centers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations. • Identify new partnership opportunities and consistently expand the referral pipeline. Represent Our Brand in the Community • Attend networking events, senior expos, events, health fairs, and professional meetings. • Present our services clearly and confidently to decision-makers and influencers. • Position Caring Senior Service as a trusted and reputable senior care provider. Collaborate Internally for Smooth Client Experiences • Work closely with the office team to ensure fast follow-up on referrals and inquiries. • Help coordinate seamless onboarding for new clients. • Provide feedback from referral partners to support continuous service improvement. Track Progress & Achieve Growth Goals • Meet and exceed monthly referral and outreach goals. • Log interactions and referral activity in our CRM system. • Adjust strategies based on performance and community opportunities. What We're Looking For: • Sales, business development, community outreach, marketing, or partnership-building experience. (Within healthcare or senior care is preferred.) • Proven success in roles with targets, goals, or KPIs. • Strong public-speaking and relationship-building abilities. • Self-starter mentalitycomfortable with autonomy and a field-based role. • Organized and capable of tracking outreach activities digitally. • Reliable transportation for local travel.
