Job Title: Spanish-Speaking CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) In-Home Care Location: Katy, TX Company: Caring Senior Service of Katy Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (as needed) About Caring Senior Service of Katy Caring Senior Service is a non-medical, private duty home care agency dedicated to helping seniors live safely and independently at home. We provide compassionate, personalized care and value caregivers who bring heart, reliability, and professionalism to every visit. Position Summary We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home support for seniors in the Katy area. This role is ideal for a dependable, warm, and service-minded CNA who enjoys building relationships and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming, and hygiene Dressing and mobility assistance Toileting and incontinence care Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping related to client care Help with meal preparation and hydration reminders Provide safe transfers and ambulation support Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines Maintain a respectful, patient, and professional approach at all times Qualifications Current CNA license in the state of Texas (required) Must be fluent in Spanish and English (required) At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to pass background check and drug screening CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused Schedule & Pay Flexible schedules available: weekdays, evenings, weekends Multiple shift options depending on client needs Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for steady hours and growth Benefits (based on eligibility) Flexible scheduling Supportive team and responsive office staff Ongoing training and development Meaningful work with appreciative clients Referral bonuses and caregiver recognition Caring Senior Service of Katy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
