Inventory and Logistics Coordinator Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals Irving, TX Job Description: The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the organization, maintenance, and efficient operation of all on-site warehouses and storage areas. This role ensures accurate tracking of inventory levels, timely replenishment of goods, and adherence to warehousing best practices. The coordinator supports Shipping and Technical Services as a secondary resource, manages vendor relationships, and reconciles invoices to maintain accurate records. Additional responsibilities include daily stocking of PPE and supplies for production areas, monitoring inventory rotation and expiration dates, and standardizing delivery schedules. The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator also trains personnel on inventory processes and serves as a key point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth and timely operations. We are searching for a motivated and experienced Receiving Specialist to organize and maintain our warehouse and storage spaces. We are looking for someone who is available to work M-F, at least 40 hours a week between the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Responsibilities: • Handling the organization and maintenance of all on-site warehouses and storage areas. • Acting as a secondary for both the Shipping and Technical Services departments. • Tracking par levels of all goods and monitoring turnaround times for deliveries. • Filing invoices and reconciling them upon delivery of all goods. • Utilization of inventory software, Fishbowl, in adherence with standard warehousing practices. • Stocking all production storerooms and laboratories with appropriate PPE materials on a daily basis. • Rotating inventory and tracking expiry dates of goods. • Implementing warehouse best practices and training appropriate personnel. • Standardizing delivery dates of specific vendors and tracking all shipment times. • Acting as a point of contact for all production and office supply vendors.
