Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and customers. This role focuses on order processing, customer communication, and administrative support to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry through fulfillment. This is a non-commissioned, support-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer interaction, and behind-the-scenes coordination. Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email • Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently • Support sales representatives with quotes, pricing, and documentation • Track orders, back orders, and deliveries through completion • Resolve customer issues and coordinate internally as needed • Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM/ERP systems • Assist with returns, credits, invoicing questions, and account updates • Support basic reporting and administrative sales functions • Prepare internal and external sales data for upload Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative support • Strong communication and organizational skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems (experience preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience • Order processing or logistics coordination • Manufacturing or distribution industry experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
