Position Overview CARIAN is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep transmission and substation experience to support high-visibility electric utility capital programs across the Mid-Atlantic region. This role leads complex infrastructure workstreams and coordinates closely with engineering, construction, and utility stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong utility execution experience, sound program judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a client-facing delivery environment with regular presence at client and field locations. Compensation The base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $180,000 annually. This range represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, the role includes eligibility for bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company 401(k) match.
