About the role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the appointments roadmap, optimizing both the marine terminal operator and trucker experiences. In this role, you will focus on filling terminal capacity, reducing congestion, and improving driver turn times through, modern, intuitive, and scalable appointment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong UX acumen and experience modernizing legacy system within a complex B2B environment. You will be responsible for building advanced business rules and workflow orchestration tools that streamline processes across multiple stakeholders. This role requires someone who can ideate, champion, and deliver new products, backed by both data-driven insights and customer engagement. What you'll do Ideation and Product Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve appointments, validate concepts with terminals and truckers, and develop innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency. UX & Process Modernization: Lead efforts to modernize legacy scheduling and appointment systems, with an emphasis on usability, speed, and scalability. Roadmapping & Prioritization: Own the appointments roadmap, prioritizing features that reduce congestion, improve capacity utilization, and accelerate driver turn times. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, operations, sales) to define detailed product requirements for advanced rules engines and workflow orchestration. Go-To-Market & Launch Plans: Develop comprehensive launch strategies, ensuring smooth adoption by terminals, truckers, and other stakeholders. Define & Monitor Success Metrics: Establish KPIs such as terminal utilization, appointment adherence, driver wait times, and customer satisfaction. Present results during business reviews. Customer & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with terminal operators, trucking associations, and other stakeholders. Represent the product in industry discussions and forums. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of developments in B2B scheduling, logistics optimization, and workflow automation to inform product strategy. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2B software, logistics, or workflow automation. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Skills: Strong ability to develop product roadmaps, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional execution. Proven track record in launching successful products. Analytical Mindset: Experience with data-driven decision-making and comfort with metrics and analytics tools. • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Customer-Centric: Strong user engagement skills with the ability to convert customer insights into actionable product decisions.
