About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to assist with customer inquiries, documentation, and day-to-day support for our export and logistics operations. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Polish and Ukrainian to support our diverse customer base. Responsibilities: • Provide daily customer support via phone, email, and in-person communication. • Assist with export documentation, scheduling, and shipment updates. • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. • Enter and update information in internal systems accurately. • Resolve customer questions with a professional, helpful attitude. • Support dispatch and documentation teams as needed. Requirements: • Fluent in Polish and Ukrainian (required). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Experience in logistics, export documentation, or a fast-paced operations environment preferred. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. • Reliable transportation to work at the Indianapolis office.
