About This Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the CarePredict team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging senior living operators through outbound outreach, follow-up from events, and creative pre-event marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping senior living communities adopt innovative technology, has a knack for opening doors with new prospects, and thrives on building pipeline for a high-growth company. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in accelerating CarePredict’s growth by connecting decision-makers with the industry’s leading AI-powered platform. What You’ll Do • Outbound Outreach: Identify, research, and engage senior living operators (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Residential Assisted Living) through personalized emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Lead Qualification: Follow up promptly with inbound inquiries and event leads to qualify prospects and book discovery calls/demos for the sales team. • Pre-Event Marketing: Coordinate outreach campaigns, appointment setting, and social posts to drive booth traffic and meetings at conferences, trade shows, and webinars. • Event Support & Attendance: Represent CarePredict at industry events; manage lead capture, initial conversations, and hand-offs to the sales team. • Pipeline Development: Experiment with new channels, creative campaigns, and tools to generate awareness and qualified opportunities. • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and results in the CRM to ensure smooth hand-off to the sales team.
