What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of software developers to achieve project goals and foster professional growth. - You will oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations to align development efforts with business objectives. - You will implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. - You will manage resource allocation and project prioritization to optimize team productivity. - You will drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies and tools. - You will monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership. - You will contribute to strategic planning and process improvements within the software development department. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to SaaS applications. - Proven experience managing Agile development teams and delivering complex software projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments. - Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare technology sector. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Advanced degree or certifications in software development or project management.
