You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless execution from initiation to completion, all while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage IT projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and healthcare professionals. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and resource allocation. - You will identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. - You will communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership. - You will facilitate agile ceremonies and promote best practices in project management. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies throughout project lifecycles. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification. - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards such as HIPAA. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
