Role Overview: As an IT Project Manager at Carenet Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of technology projects that enhance our healthcare services. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless execution from initiation to completion, all while maintaining a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage IT projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and healthcare professionals to align project goals. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to optimize efficiency. - You will identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to minimize impact. - You will communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly. - You will facilitate agile ceremonies and promote best practices in project management methodologies. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies throughout project lifecycles. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - PMP or Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum Master). - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA). - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
