What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. - You will coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and define project objectives. - You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - You will facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. - You will manage vendor relationships and oversee contract deliverables when applicable. - You will prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership. - You will promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards. - Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) management. - Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
