You will design and implement reliable data pipelines, integrate data from diverse sources, and ensure data accuracy and availability to drive strategic decision-making. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs. - You will integrate data from multiple internal and external sources ensuring consistency and reliability. - You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. - You will monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and efficiency. - You will implement data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues proactively. - You will document data processes and maintain data governance standards. - You will stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field. - You are proficient in SQL and experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks. - You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - You possess strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. - You have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance requirements. - Experience working in an Agile development environment.
