Your expertise will help translate complex medical information into accessible content that enhances the skills and knowledge of our clinical teams. What You'll Do: - You will create and update comprehensive clinical training curricula that align with industry standards and company goals. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content. - You will design interactive and multimedia learning materials to enhance learner engagement. - You will evaluate and revise existing training programs based on feedback and performance metrics. - You will ensure all training materials comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements. - You will support the implementation of new training initiatives and technologies. - You will analyze learner needs and adapt content to meet diverse learning styles. - You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts by staying current with healthcare trends and educational best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development, preferably within healthcare or clinical education. - Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes. - Proficiency in instructional design tools and e-learning software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, engaging content. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare BPO environment. - Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models. - Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and Joint Commission requirements. - Background in nursing, allied health, or clinical practice.
