Role Overview: As a Clinical E-Learning Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing engaging, clear, and effective training materials for our clinical teams. Your expertise in healthcare and instructional design will help transform complex medical information into accessible learning experiences that enhance team performance and patient care. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and implement clinical e-learning modules and training materials. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. - You will apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. - You will review and update existing training content to maintain compliance with healthcare standards. - You will analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness. - You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials. - You will utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning engagement. - You will support the training team with clinical expertise and content development. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical curriculum development or healthcare instructional design. - Strong knowledge of clinical healthcare concepts and terminology. - Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, learner-friendly content. - Strong project management and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare BPO environment. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration. - Background in nursing, medical education, or related clinical field. - Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
