What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture long-term relationships with key client accounts to drive retention and satisfaction. - You will identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives. - You will analyze client data and feedback to recommend service enhancements and improvements. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success. - You will prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth initiatives. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within healthcare or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. - Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare communication solutions or technology platforms. - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards. - Demonstrated success in a client-facing role within a fast-paced environment. - Additional certifications in account management or project management.
