What will you be doing: The Team Lead is responsible for the overall operations of their branch/department, under the direct supervision of the manager. Some key responsibilities of this position is helping with daily functions, preparing and dispatching work to staff appropriately and working closely with company leadership in developing and meeting company goals and objectives. The Team Lead will help with deliveries and on0call situations when applicable, and must maintain a genuine care and concern for patients and their families.
