CareHarmony is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Operations Analyst to join our Client Services team. This is a client-facing, operational position focused on managing patient data and supporting integrations to enable CareHarmony’s healthcare programs. You’ll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams to ensure smooth data workflows and successful EHR integrations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to extract patient data for CareHarmony programs. Transform and prepare patient data for database ingestion, either independently or in coordination with internal teams. Finalize and deliver patient data to internal stakeholders for operational use. Manage all aspects of patient data processing, including tracking, quality assurance, and reporting. Support operational planning through accurate forecasting and data analysis. Coordinate EHR integration projects, working with development teams to scope, test, and deploy new integrations. Support monthly revenue cycle operations through error resolution and collaboration with clients. Manage miscellaneous data migration projects. Develop improved forecasting models and analytics for patient data processes. Create and maintain standard integration documentation and processes to ensure transparency and streamline future implementations. Support provider roster management processes to minimize operational and revenue cycle disruptions. Bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience working with healthcare data or EHR systems is a plus.
