We are looking for a prudent Property Manager responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of assigned propertiesDesign business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needsInspect and arrange maintenance to meet standardsMaintain a positive, productive relationship with tenantsNegotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable mannerAdvertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenantsCollect receivable accounts and handle operating expensesDevelop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trendsOversee properties’ personnel and assess its performanceAccomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performanceSource and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunitiesUpdate job and market knowledgeFully understand property management and its financial aspectsCompetency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwareCustomer focus and bottom line orientationInterpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skillsWell organized with excellent time management skillsWork From HomeShort Term & Long Term DisabilityPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)If you are interested in this opportunity, please message me directly with any questions.
