Job Title: Fractional Clinical Advisor (Contract) Company: Second Act Pro Employment Type: Part-Time, Contract (1099) Location: Remote (U.S.) About the Role Second Act Pro is seeking a Fractional Clinical Advisor to support organizations with clinical operations, patient-centered workflow design, and healthcare process improvement. This role is well-suited for experienced clinical professionals who enjoy applying their expertise in targeted consulting engagements. Engagement hours vary based on client needs, typically 5–10 hours per week. Responsibilities • Provide clinical insight for operational, workflow, or patient-care initiatives • Support care coordination process reviews or improvement projects • Offer recommendations based on clinical best practices and experience • Assist leadership teams with targeted clinical problem-solving • Participate in short-term advisory or consulting engagements Qualifications • 15+ years of experience in clinical practice, nursing, healthcare operations, or related roles • Strong communication and patient-experience focus • Ability to translate clinical experience into actionable recommendations • Experience in care coordination, patient flow, or clinical operations preferred • Ability to work independently in a consulting capacity Compensation $55–$110/hr depending on clinical background and project requirements.
