Partner with agency teams to build and optimize customer journeys in HubSpot, driving engagement, conversion, and retention through targeted, behavior-based automation. Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives by leveraging segmentation, product usage, and purchase history to increase average order value (AOV) and subscription longevity. Develop and execute retention campaigns focused on reactivation, churn prevention, and customer loyalty across both DTC and practitioner audiences. Support HCP acquisition and nurture programs, ensuring lifecycle efforts align with sales enablement, lead scoring, and follow-up coordination. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, and Sales teams to translate insights into continuous optimization and informed content planning. WHAT YOU BRING Education & Experience: 3+ years of experience in campaign management, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industries. Proven success managing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, including email, SMS, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation. Experience working with or marketing to Healthcare Practitioners or Professionals (preferred). Strong B2B marketing experience, including understanding of long-lead acquisition cycles, nurturing strategies, and relationship management. Technical & Analytical Skills Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required). Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms, including event-based automation and purchase behavior analysis. Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations. Experience designing and analyzing customer journeys, A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
