Customer Delivery Director (CDD) LOCATION: USA – West Coast (Pacific Time) ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Delivery Director (CDD) is a senior delivery leadership role within Customer Delivery Operations, responsible for ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction across a defined portfolio of Signant Health’s strategic customers and studies. This role partners closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure contracted services are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with Signant Health’s quality standards. The CDD brings deep expertise in delivery leadership and operational execution, enabling them to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environment. As a people leader, the CDD plays a key role in shaping and strengthening Customer Delivery Operations—driving consistency, scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture across geographically dispersed teams. DECISION MAKING & INFLUENCE • Influence decisions and outcomes through expertise, collaboration, and credibility • Make courageous, well-informed decisions that drive results • Collaborate effectively across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds • Promote agility, accountability, and growth through transparent, authentic leadership QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Required • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or equivalent relevant experience • Extensive experience in delivery leadership and customer-facing operational roles, ideally within life sciences, biotech, CRO, or clinical technology environments • Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios and lead large, distributed teams • Strong understanding of operational delivery models, financial performance, and resource optimization • Demonstrated success building trusted, long-term customer relationships • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization • Strong change leadership capabilities with a track record of driving continuous improvement • Ability to work flexibly across time zones, with primary coverage for U.S. Pacific Time • Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills At Signant Health, accepting difference isn’t enough—we celebrate it, we support it, and we nurture it for the benefit of our team members, our clients and our community.
