Overview As the Chief Information and Transformation Executive, you will act as both a strategic visionary and a leadership driver, ensuring that IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise change initiatives are effectively aligned. You will work alongside the Board, C-suite peers, and global teams to ensure that information systems and transformation strategies are instrumental in fostering growth, resilience, and innovation at scale. Responsibilities • IT Strategy & Governance: Define and execute a comprehensive IT and transformation strategy aligned with corporate growth and innovation goals. • Digital Transformation: Oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, digital platforms, and automation. • Operational Excellence: Drive ITIL and agile methodologies across IT operations to ensure optimal uptime, scalability, and security. • Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Ensure that enterprise systems are resilient, compliant, and adhere to global cybersecurity standards. • Change Leadership: Lead efforts in cultural and operational transformation to foster agility, innovation, and accountability. • Financial Stewardship: Manage large-scale IT and transformation budgets, ensuring ROI and cost optimization. • Executive Reporting: Present IT performance, transformation outcomes, and risk assessments to the CEO and Board. • M&A Integration: Lead IT and operational integration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment with the enterprise strategy. Qualifications • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology, including 10+ years in senior executive roles. • Demonstrated success in Fortune 500 or global-scale organizations leading IT and transformation initiatives. • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), digital operating models, and large-scale change management. • Deep understanding of data privacy, compliance frameworks, and global cybersecurity standards. • An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or an MBA is strongly preferred. • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with experience in Board-level communication. • A proven track record of leading multi-billion-dollar IT and transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
