Title: Civil Engineer | Design & Land Development | Residential and Commercial Projects Client : One of New Jersey's preeminent Architectural and Engineering firms which has grown into a full-service Design firm that provides a single point of accountability for all aspects of design services. The firm's size and abilities enable it to handle a broad spectrum of projects. With in-house Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineering, all aspects of a project can be designed and managed by one firm. Description: Need for an Intermediate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in Civil Engineering design of site, utilities, grading, drainage, sediment control, erosion, stormwater management, and sewer design. Perform complex hydraulic calculations. Civil engineering design and selection, creating plans, performing calculations, submittals, and specifications. Great opportunity for a Civil Engineer to be able to coordinate with in-house MEP and Architects, as well as receive mentorship from a licensed Engineer. Completion of land development and environmental permitting applications Required: • 5 years+ experience in Civil Engineering Design and/or Site design/Land development experience • Previous experience with site design and layout • Grading and Drainage • Stormwater management • Sewer design • Sediment control • Regulations, codes, and permitting for municipality, county, and state • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Hydro-flow Education: • BS in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or related • Civil PE licensure is desired but NOT required Benefits: • Health, dental, vision Medical Insurance for employee and family with firm contribution • Revit training • Professional development towards licensure • Disability & Life Insurance paid for by the firm • A 401k plan with contributions by the firm • Paid Vacation time • Holiday and Personal days
