Position: Project Manager Our client specializes in complete construction design services, offering full benefits. They have expertise in value-added engineering, design-build projects, 3D design, sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls. Their comprehensive approach makes them a "ONE-STOP" shop for any project. The client is urgently seeking a Project Manager who can oversee all stages of assigned mechanical construction projects, from pre-construction planning to execution and closure. This role requires a solid technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to balance client needs, budgets, schedules, and internal resources. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage mechanical construction projects ranging from $1M to $20M+. • Coordinate design-build activities, collaborating with engineering teams, architects, and consultants. • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability. • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to ensure compliance with project goals. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety standards. • Prepare project reports, RFI’s, change orders, and maintain detailed project documentation. • Act as primary client contact, ensuring strong communication, transparency, and satisfaction. • Support project closeout including commissioning, turnover documentation, and warranty support. Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry or in a similar role. • Strong work ethic.
