Join Our Team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician! Location: Rochester Hills, MI 48307 Pay: $22–$24 per hour (DOE and certifications) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are looking for a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our community in Rochester Hills, MI. This position is ideal for individuals with handyman skills and experience in maintenance and repairs. Key Responsibilities: • Complete apartment turns and handle work orders efficiently. • Perform plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs. • HVAC experience is a significant advantage. • Conduct snow removal to ensure safe access to the property during winter months. • Maintain a clean and safe property environment for residents and visitors. • Communicate effectively with residents and property management to address service requests and concerns. Requirements: • Prior experience in apartment maintenance, handyman services, hotel maintenance, or as a journeyman/subcontractor is preferred. • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with residents and team members. • Must have basic hand tools • Reliable Transportation and a Valid DL • A reliable, professional, and detail-oriented approach to work. • A solid work history and resume demonstrating your skills and experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
