We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, vacant unit turnovers and other required tasks. Experience in the apartment industry and HVAC certification is a plus but optional. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely manner. • Perform routine preventive maintenance. • Lock Changes • Minor plumbing repairs • Replace Ballasts • Minor electrical repairs. • Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community. • Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining good resident relations.
