Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM What You'll Be Doing:Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the communityAssist with leasing: give tours, respond to inquiries, and close new leasesHelp process move-ins, renewals, and move-outs smoothly and efficientlyProvide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residentsCoordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-upManage rent collection, post payments, and follow up on delinquenciesMaintain accurate records, resident files, and property documentsUse property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) for daily tasksParticipate in property inspections, vendor coordination, and community events What We’re Looking For:1–2 years of experience in property management, or leasing.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyProfessional, friendly, and customer-focused attitudeComfortable using property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalismHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plusApply TodayThis is your chance to join a dynamic team, build valuable skills, and take the next step in your property management career.
