About the Role The Tampa Bay Times is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our expanding Enterprise team. This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on developing relationships with complex, high-value clients — both locally in the Tampa Bay market and nationwide through our full suite of digital marketing solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll collaborate closely with internal advertising strategists and agency partners to design, present, and execute performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business results. Base salary $75,000 (commensurate with experience) + lucrative incentives + comprehensive benefits package. Tampa Bay, FL (preferred) — Remote considered for exceptional candidates Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients across diverse industries and geographies. • Build customized, cross-channel advertising strategies that prioritize client goals over products—leveraging the full suite of solutions available, including display advertising, SEO, SEM, CTV/OTT, social media, email marketing, branded content, and owned & operated (O&O) platforms. • Prospect and close new business opportunities with regional and national advertisers. • Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic consultation, reporting, and optimization insights. • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and post-campaign analysis. • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and activity goals. Qualifications • 5–7+ years of advertising, marketing, or media sales experience, preferably in consultative or enterprise-level environments. • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and multi-market clients. • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
