Partner with startup founders and CTOs to deeply understand hiring goals and company culture. Source, engage, and qualify candidates using innovative, relationship-based approaches. Build long-term candidate pipelines for key technical skill sets. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers while maintaining exceptional candidate and client experience.
