Family Office HR Director (remote) Family Office is seeking an HR Director with 7-10+ years of experience managing Generalist duties, recruiting, employee relations and benefits for multiple business entities, a foundation, and domestic staff. Ideally targeting Human Resource professionals from Family Office setting. Responsibilities & Duties: • Be the face of HR for a wonderful Family Office • Resolve employee issues and inquiries, develop new hire orientation and offboarding procedures • Responsible for processing of payroll, review and ensuring accuracy of approved timesheets • Implement electronic timekeeping system • Establish and maintain employee records, ensure that employee timecards are being submitted on a timely basis • Establish initiatives to help drive employee engagement and culture • Develop policies and procedures, implement employee handbook • Act as a liaison between company and employees to deliver high quality information • Ensure all HR practices and policies are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements • Recruit for a wide range of unique positions, find innovative ways for sourcing the best talent Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree, degree/certification in HR training preferred • Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience • Experience with candidate tracking system • Ability to handle very sensitive and highly confidential issues with diplomacy and discretion • Longevity in past positions, excellent references from past employer • Authorized to work legally in the US and be willing to undergo an in-depth background investigation Compensation: $130k-150k + Exceptional benefits package | DOE You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
