Executive Assistant – Fintech Startup A global, fast-scaling AI startup focused on the financial services space is hiring for a highly capable, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Assistant. This EA will primarily support the CFO and light support to other team members. The role will offer high visibility across the business and long-term growth opportunities within the role. Looking for an ASAP hire. Location: Office is near Bryant Park, NYC -5 days/week onsite Hours: 7:00am–5:00pm daily in office + after-hours (and some weekend) availability on phone as needed Salary range commensurate with experience: $110–150k base + discretionary bonus + benefits: Healthcare contribution of $500/month, PTO is 28 days including Bank holidays, and company laptop What You’ll Do Primary Support (approx. 70%) – CFO • Complex Google Calendar management across time zones • Prioritization, routing, and organization of email, Slack, and communication flow • High-level tracking of tasks, deliverables, and key initiatives • Ensuring the CFO stays organized and prepared across all aspects of the business • Building and maintaining Notion pages, trackers, and organization systems • Light PA support (very minimal) Additional Support (approx. 30%) – Chief of Staff (London-based) • Assisting with ongoing projects and operational needs • Acting as an extension of the Chief of Staff for NY-based coordination Office & Team Support • Managing office operations: supplies, deliveries, vendor coordination • Helping the broader leadership team as needed • Maintaining an organized, well-functioning office environment Experience & Background • 3–7 years of EA experience supporting senior executives – open to someone without EA experience who has held other roles in financial services and eager to transition to an EA career • Financial services or tech/startup experience required (fast pace, high expectations) • BA/BS preferred, but open to equivalent experience • Extremely tech savvy- MS Office Suite, Slack, Google Suite, Notion, AI products • Experience in investment banking, M&A, or high-pressure environments Traits & Skills • Exceptionally trustworthy, discreet, and reliable • A self-starter with strong ownership and initiative • Meticulous organization and attention to detail • Strong work ethic; willingness to go above and beyond • Confident, positive, and able to handle a wide variety of tasks Please submit your resume to apply!
