Our client, a highly respected boutique philanthropic consulting firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their close-knit team. This is a pivotal role for a career EA who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and can act as a true partner while providing proactive, thoughtful, and hands-on support. Responsibilities: • Manage complex daily scheduling, inbox, and calendar coordination • Serve as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are seamlessly managed • Support project management systems to enhance efficiency and organizational growth • Draft and edit high-level communications with accuracy, discretion, and care • Collaborate across clients, foundations, political partners, and internal teams • Coordinate detailed point-to-point travel, ensuring smooth itineraries and real-time adjustments • Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders, engaging with warmth, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset Requirements: • 7–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders • Demonstrated loyalty and stability in previous roles • Strong judgment, tact, and discretion • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills • Advanced technical skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, AI tools, etc. • Proven success creating and maintaining systems in dynamic environments • Professional, resilient, and highly collaborative approach • Bachelor’s degree preferred Details: • Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in West Los Angeles, with flexibility required • Salary: $125K–$150K DOE + comprehensive benefits
