The role partners across business lines and Communications Officers across the System to keep messaging consistent and effective.ResponsibilitiesOwn and create the annual System Impact Report, lead timeline, content, data collection, and creative delivery with outside partners.Turn Debt Franchise and other complex capabilities into clear content for employees, member banks, and external partners, manage channels, uphold editorial standards.Serve as a media contact, draft public statements for leadership, coordinate messaging with System Communications Officers and the Council, engage on background and on record as needed.Monitor and update the public website, review performance and content quality.Lead internal communications, support the CEO and Board materials, craft Town Halls, and employee events content.Build two way communication channels, measure effectiveness with metrics and feedback.Advise executives on strategy for internal and external audiences, coach teams on writing and presenting.Manage press releases and other disclosures, coordinate with System partners.Serve as editor for the public website and Client of editorial standards.Protect confidential projects, support culture and engagement with HR on company wide messaging.RequirementsBachelor's in Communications or Marketing, MBA a plus.7-10 years in communications.Understanding of financial reporting and regulated disclosures.Proven record building strategies and deliverables on tight timelines.Skilled with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and website CMS.Experience delivering Impact Reports and Annual Reports.Vendor management experience for creative and distribution partners.#J-18808-Ljbffr
