Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with three different shifts to choose from. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively on the assembly line. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing facility. Shifts available: 1st shift 6am to 2pm 2nd shift 2pm to 10pm 3rd shift 10pm to 6am Duties • Operate various machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to assist in the production process. • Perform assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met. • Utilize hand tools for assembling components and conducting repairs as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors. • Assist with inventory management and warehouse tasks as required. Requirements • Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. • Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in operating and troubleshooting machinery. • Familiarity with assembly line operations and hand tools is essential for this role. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
