This leader will own the integrated brand strategy and execution needed to build awareness, strengthen clinical belief, accelerate adoption, and support consistent utilization of NavDx across the management and monitoring of HPV-driven cancers. A primary focus of the role will be expanding adoption in both HPV-driven anal cancer, while supporting the long-term growth of the franchise through new contexts of use, indication expansion, and broader integration of NavDx across the cancer care continuum. The role requires a strong understanding of oncology diagnostics, clinical evidence, provider decision-making, and the operational steps required to move from initial awareness to sustained ordering behavior. The Marketing Director will partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Digital, Sales Training, Product, and Medical-Legal-Regulatory partners to develop and execute strategies that drive adoption, expand ordering-provider reach, increase utilization, and convert market insights into measurable commercial impact. Connect evidence milestones to customer education, adoption barriers, market development, and broader commercial opportunities. Field Enablement and Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Training to equip customer-facing teams with clear strategies, effective tools, and consistent messaging. Establish feedback loops that capture field insight, inform rapid-response materials, and improve execution in priority accounts and territories.
