Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Care Options for Kids, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans for pediatric clients. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and goals. - You will develop and oversee personalized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. - You will provide direct in-home therapy and support to children with autism and developmental disabilities. - You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective care. - You will monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes. - You will maintain detailed documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices. What You Bring: - You hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You have at least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations in behavioral health settings. - You possess strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and data-driven treatment planning. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. - You are comfortable working independently in a home-based environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in in-home therapy settings. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection software. - Additional certifications related to autism or developmental disabilities. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client populations.
