Job Title: Hybrid - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Up to $8,000 Sign-On Bonus Company Overview: Care Options for Kids is a dedicated provider of in-home therapeutic services specializing in pediatric care for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Care Options for Kids, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized behavioral interventions in the home setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - You will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each child's needs. - You will collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care. - You will monitor and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. - You will provide training and support to caregivers to promote skill generalization. - You will maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements. - You will participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices. What You Bring: - You have a current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You possess at least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations in behavioral analysis. - You have strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families. - You are comfortable working independently in a home-based setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. - Familiarity with data collection software and electronic health records. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic disciplines. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse family populations.
