Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with Care Options for Kids, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with pediatric clients in their homes, providing therapeutic support that promotes positive outcomes and enhances quality of life. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. - You will design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. - You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective care. - You will provide training and support to parents and caregivers to empower them in managing behaviors. - You will collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. - You will participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis. What You Bring: - You must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You should have at least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations in applied behavior analysis. - You need strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience conducting behavioral assessments. - You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and multidisciplinary teams. - You should be comfortable working in a hybrid role that includes in-home visits and remote documentation.
